LedgerXL · v1.0
Your general ledger,
as Excel functions.
LedgerXL brings your QuickBooks Online ledger into Excel. Reference any account balance with a formula, at any point in time. No exports, no CSVs, no pivot tables to rebuild each morning.
Windows 10 or later · 64-bit Excel · .NET 10 auto-installs
In your Excel
Formulas, not exports. Every account balance is a cell reference. Pivot, chart, and model the way you already do.
Always fresh
Your ledger syncs from QuickBooks every night and downloads to your machine on login. Open the workbook — the numbers are already current.
Yours, not ours
Data lives in your local SQLite cache. Encrypted at rest with your Windows account. We never see your workbook.
How it works
Install
Run the setup. .NET 10 runtime installs automatically if you don't have it. Restart Excel.
Open the LedgerXL ribbon tab, click Sign in. Your browser opens for a one-time Patya sign-in.
Reference
Type =LXL.BAL("<account>") in any cell. Add a date for historical, use =LXL.MTD for movement.
The functions
Every LedgerXL function starts with LXL. Excel autocomplete surfaces them all when you type =LXL.
